Gift of Hope – Employee Recognition Graphic Program
In collaboration with the Gift of Hope, Friedman Fine Art designed and developed a corporate culture graphic program which illustrates the core values of the organization. We designed custom icons to represent each core value, then mixed these graphics with photos, descriptive attributes and detailed statements throughout the facility to reinforce the spirit of the organization in every major gathering space.

The names and icons of each core value were fabricated with painted dimensional letters and symbols.
These graphics are placed at the employee entrance of the facility,
so every morning the staff is greeted with this encouraging message.

The painted dimensional acrylic core values and symbols are surrounded by
colored vinyl inspirational words which describe the meaning behind each core value.

A large-scale graphic is displayed in the training room where new employees have
time to read more detailed descriptions of each core value. The photos were
carefully selected to further illustrate the attributes associated with the core values.

Acrylic panels reinforce a sense of teamwork and collaboration in
a huddle area where employees regularly gather to work together.

Digital prints on acrylic panels are displayed in a conference room,
tying in imagery to highlight one of the core values and its attributes.

They are mounted in a conference room where visitors have time
to read more in-depth descriptions of each core value.

Acoustical fabric panels with metal frames serve the dual purpose of reinforcing
the core values and improving the sound quality in small enclosed phone rooms.
